We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing superior customer service and building strong relationship with our clients Responsibilities: Handle client inquiries via phone call or email Provide clients service information Resolve by clarifying the client's inquiry, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution and following up to ensure resolution. Maintain client records by updating account information in the database. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus. Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Tech and computer savvy. Ability to stay calm and focused when customers are stressed or upset. Comfortable handling and resolving complaints.
