- Perform routine dental examinations to assess oral health.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Provide dental treatments such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and dental prosthetics.
- Perform dental surgeries when necessary, including tooth extraction and dental implant placement.
- Administer anesthetics to alleviate pain during dental procedures.
- Monitor and manage the oral health of patients, including addressing dental emergencies.
Preventive Care:
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
- Conduct oral cancer screenings and educate patients about risk factors.
- Apply dental sealants and fluoride treatments to prevent tooth decay.
- Provide dietary counseling related to oral health.
- Take dental x-rays and interpret radiographic images.
- Perform dental examinations to identify dental caries, gum disease, and other oral health issues.
- Use diagnostic tools such as intraoral cameras and digital scanners to assess dental conditions.
- Communicate treatment options and recommendations to patients.
- Explain procedures, risks, and expected outcomes to patients.
- Offer guidance on maintaining oral health between dental visits.
Practice Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control protocols.
- Stay informed about advancements in dental technology and treatment techniques.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid PRC license
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in performing dental procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Experience is not mandatory but will be an edge
- We give basic salary, allowance plus commision
- We set target/quota for every dentists then will be rewarded with monetary incentive once target is achieved.
