Scope & Responsibilities:

• Handle donor inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Refer all non-donor calls and emails to the appropriate parties in the organization.
• Develop and implement donor engagement activities to maintain donors' commitment.
• Facilitate donor visits when necessary.
• Update donor data information and document all communications and transactions in the fundraising database.
• Acknowledge and process proofs of transaction of sporadic donors.
• Facilitate welcome and verification calls to newly acquired donors.
• Facilitate fundraising campaigns for the unit and other additional appeals.
• Make timely reminders and follow-ups to committed givers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and snail mail letters.
• Undertakes any other reasonable task that the FDC Director sees fit for the smooth operation of the department.
• Manage the system's donor database and other communication platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational and work experience in communications, customer service, sales, after-sales servicing, and other related fields.
• Must be comfortable working with global representatives of organizations.
• Willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
• Flexible and open to being assigned different roles as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
