Executive - Digital Communications

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• In conjunction with the web team, create, adapt, improve and optimize web communication for SEO and organic and keyword search.
• Email campaign development and implementation via EDMs.
• Design and deliver emails and newsletters to customer database.
• Develop and maintain SMS and Viber Community for customer engagement.
• Develop and maintain customer service response to common complaints and a process in which they are resolved and communicated.

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement:

• Minimum a University/College degree of any 4-year course related to Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Hospitality, Digital Technology or related qualifications.
• Any certification on Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be preferred.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year work experience in Digital Marketing with knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

Skills and Attributes:

• Highly motivated and quick-learner.
• Good team and communication skills for liaising with colleagues.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, Word Press and Email Campaign Systems.
• Campaign Automation System will be a bonus.
• Good knowledge in the latest in digital and social media technology and channels and how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Fixed work schedule with flexibility to work outside the standard work week as business needs.
