Accertify is growing and looking to add a Fraud Analyst to their team Perform manual fraud review and conduct extensive research to validate purchases Flexible working in 24/7 shifts including weekends, shift rotation, and holidays

Responsibilities
• Provide Fraud Prevention Services by reviewing and analyzing real-time volumes • Reduce bad debt for clients • Detect fraudulent transactions through manual fraud review • Communicate fraud trends and share best practices with peers and leadership • Ensure adherence to regulatory, operations, and compliance standards
Requirements
• Thorough and accurate due diligence in fraud decision-making • Ability to communicate in English and conduct verifications via calls • Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts, including weekends, shift rotation, and holidays • Knowledge of Fraud Prevention Service preferred • Analytical mind and attention to detail • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong internet research skills and ability to navigate multiple systems • Knowledge of Platforms: White Pages, Accurint, Interceptas, CISCO • Past experience in working on Consumer/Commercial Portfolio is a plus
