The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Content Development:
- Create end-to-end, multi-faceted, effective, and engaging learning materials (infographics, slide decks, instructional videos) for people with different skill sets and areas of expertise.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts in creating e-learning courses that cover advanced topics outside of the field of expertise of the Instructional Designer.
- Create effective assessments that accurately measure learners’ understanding of the material as well as their ability to apply their understanding through practical situations.
- Research and recommend learning methods to ensure that the team is keeping up with trends.
- Adhere to branding guidelines provided by the company when designing learning materials.
- Maintain, revise, and update existing learning materials based on conferred changes such as changes in request, process alignment, and stakeholders’ requests for content and design review, modification, and/or major rehaul.
- Incorporate feedback for all types of learning materials from learners, instructors, and stakeholders to improve continuously.
Program Management:
- Observe due diligence in completing projects and/or fulfilling commitments within the specified timeframe.
- Communicate progress updates and delays promptly and continue to
- coordinate with concerned parties until resolved.
Coordination:
- Work with the Assistant Training Manager in coordinating with other departments to ensure that materials adhere to request guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Assistant Training Manager about their evaluations of existing material and work with them in coming up with the next actions.
Administrative Tasks:
- Ensure project/program documentation is accurately recorded and maintained on time
Ideal Profile
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Instructional Design or related experience in creating and developing educational content.
- Proficiency in course development software and familiarity with SCORM-compliant authoring tools.
- Skilled in graphic design software, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Instructional Design, Communication, Psychology, or Multimedia Arts
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, with a flexible start time between 7-9 AM to 4-6 PM PHT.
- Agreement to a pay rate of $5/hour through Deel.
