Shift: Night shift 2PM to 11PM Israel Time

Your Pitch-Perfect Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  
• Prior experience in data entry, file management, or administrative support roles is advantageous.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in labeling and organizing audio and video files.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for file management and data entry.
  
• Familiarity with audio and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team in a fast-paced environment.
  

Track Masters: Your Role

File Labeling and Organization:

• Label audio and video files accurately according to predefined guidelines and metadata standards.
  
• Organize labeled files systematically within the RiversideFM platform, ensuring efficient retrieval and accessibility.
  

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough reviews of labeled files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to labeling standards.
  
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and resolve any labeling discrepancies or issues.
  

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the Production team to prioritize labeling tasks and meet production deadlines.
  
• Communicate effectively with team members to clarify labeling requirements and address any questions or concerns.
  

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for streamlining labeling processes and improving efficiency.
  
• Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing the labeling workflow and platform usability.
