Legal Specialist

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Assist and support in all activities of the legal and Labor Relations area.
• Support with the disciplinary measures process.
• Support the monitoring of administrative activities, in order to maintain documentation in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Support in the drafting, writing and review of company documents.
• Review updates in the labor legal field associated with the management of the company.
• The rest inherent to the position and those assigned by your direct leader or superior.

Activities and Tasks

• Provide support in the execution of operational and administrative activities of the area (A)
• Write/Draft area documentation. (T)
• Review and control documentation (T)
• Meet the area's own requirements (T)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Graduate of any related pre-law courses
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Philippine corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine corporate governance principles and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Updated knowledge of labor law
• Knowledge of disciplinary measures processes
• Basic knowledge of the office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and any legal research tools
