About the role

Responsible for supporting and elevating the priority events (internally and externally) for Power Products, focusing on the One Innovation Experience and promoting brand awareness, while accelerating our thought leadership position and educating our partners about our sustainability efforts.

This event manager plays a key role in leading our marketing priorities from the Energy Management Power Products Division. This position will work directly for the Global Communications Leader for Power Products and manage the key internal stakeholders to effectively project manage events that support the 2024 Power Products and Global Marketing initiatives.

This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end planning & execution of events including 3 rd party, owned, and internal events whether on-site or virtual. The core responsibility will be to ensure that a positive experience and brand association is created in our experiential touch points and tactics.As a key role in the Global Marketing, you will interact with and manage all stakeholder relationships from event inception to post-event reporting, including but not limited to logistics, attendee management, venue or platform selection, product expo, conference management, speaker handling, security, networking, digital engagement, vendor management, content management, and budget management.

Priorities

1. Drive strong presence of PP in the cooperate events, as PoC for experience marketing

2. Partnering with the business and marketing leaders, lead the customer events held by PP division globally

3. Use AI-generated tools to drive customer experience and efficiency

4. Build up analytics and performance and drive for corrective actions

Additional Responsibilities

1. Manage event requests from proposal to the execution of the event.

2. Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (or exceed) expectations

3. Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities

4. Managing operational and administrative functionsto ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently

5. Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your immediate peers

6. Anticipating risks and proposing alternative solutions

7. Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events, for technical parts and/or overall on a case-by-case basis

8. Being responsible for own project budgets from start to finish

9. Ensuring excellent customer serviceand quality delivery

10. Ability to work under hard pressure and with a high degree of independency

Qualifications

This job might be for you if you are/have:

· 4 Year college degree with preferred focus in Marketing, Communication and/or equivalent experience

· Strong initiative, self-motivated and willingness to learn

· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Stakeholder management experience including executive management, with ability to work cross-functionally

· Multi-project management experience, with strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and with a high degree of independency

· Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality results

· Customer centric attitude and way of working

· Problem analysis and problem resolution with strong attention to detail

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and changing environment
