EDUCATION Master’s Degree or its equivalent, or Certificate of Leadership and Management from the CSC

EXPERIENCE 5 years of supervisory/management experience

TRAINING 120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention; OR 40 hours MCLE/CPE/CPD and 80 hours management training

ELIGIBILITY Career Service Professional / Second Level Eligibility; RA 1080 (BAR, CPA, ENG.)
