Project Director

URGENT HIRING!
We are currently looking for a Project Director who will oversee all the construction projects. He/She will be responsible for coordinating with multiple project managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing large0scale construction projects, preferably in office fit-outs and technology-driven environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and project management principles
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of all construction projects from inception to completion
• Supervise and coordinate the efforts of multiple project managers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across projects
• Develop and implement project strategies that align with company goals and client need
• Oversee the financial aspect of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government authorities
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders
• Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes to address project challenges
• Implement best practices in project management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead, motivate, and develop project management team to achieve excellence and career growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
