General Duties
1. Manage the workflow and train new hires on how the internal and external clients can be best served and accommodated in accordance with SMDC Customer Experience program.
2. Monitor and ensure that all the schedules from Monday to Sunday across all assigned projects and foot traffic are being tracked efficiently with real time feedback and directions for improvement.
3. Ensure the escalations and support to the team are well and professionally handled effectively and promptly.
4. May be required to render overtime during weekends and holidays as the need arises.
5. Other tasks that may be required from time to time.

Proficient in MS Office
College Graduate
Preferably with experience in customer service or other related work
Has an exceptional ability to give attention to detail
Can work under pressure
With average to excellent oral and written communication skills
To ensure that all units scheduled for daily viewing of prospective buyers/ sellers are monitored and accommodated across all the assigned projects.
