GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: Receives, records, and distributes Performance management/Welder continuity data to service crews upon customers' requests for service by performing the following duties.

The main responsibilities of a QUALITY DATA CLERK include:

• Records information such as Performance Management, welder continuity, Cost Saving, Customer satisfaction, Internal Satisfaction survey, and weld repair data, customer scorecards, power Bi and Subcontractor Audit Survey.
• Prepares data report distributes to quality team.
• Maintains database by entering new and updated Leadership dashboard information.
• Establishes entry priorities.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

Minimum educational attainment:

• High school graduate

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

• Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
• Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
• 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
• Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)
• Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
• Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
