Quality Educator (Medical Abstraction)

Summary:

The Quality Analyst Educator supports clinical performance through education and training.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide training to newly onboarded Quality Analysts 50% daily

2. Provide real time education and reply to questions from Quality Analysts 20% daily

3. Provide training to the Quality Analyst team based on regulatory, IT platform, or deadline changes. 20% weekly

4. Maintains communication and is a liaison with customer hospitals, Clinical Quality offices, and other departments.

Requirements:

• Experience providing training and/or education

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience providing training and education

• Experience in healthcare

• Experience with medical records data entry and/or review

• Experience working as part of a team
