Job Description - - Virtual Recruiter

LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CANDIDATES

Position : Virtual Recruiter

Work Hours (Client) : Tentative Schedule Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat 11a-7p EST

Holidays : US Holidays. However, for on-call where we need coverage, we will either a) Pay them extra b) give an alternative holiday off to off-set working on a US holiday

Pay Range : $800 - $1300/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to conduct virtual job interviews for Care Professionals who will join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients. As a Virtual Job Interviewer, you will play a crucial role in identifying qualified candidates who embody our values and commitment to delivering personalized care. 

  • Conduct Virtual Interviews: Utilize virtual meeting platforms to conduct interviews with prospective Care Professional candidates. 
  • Assess Candidate Qualifications: Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications to determine their suitability for the role. 
  • Communicate Company Values: Articulate the company's mission, values, and expectations to candidates during the interview process. 
  • Provide Information: Offer detailed information about the responsibilities, benefits, and opportunities available within the company. 
  • Evaluate Cultural Fit: Assess candidates' alignment with the company culture, emphasizing empathy, integrity, and dedication to client care. 
  • Coordinate with Hiring Team: Collaborate with the hiring team to review candidate profiles, share feedback, and make informed hiring decisions. 
  • Conduct Background Checks: Facilitate background checks and verification processes for selected candidates in compliance with company policies. 
  • Maintain Candidate Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview notes, and hiring status in the company's database. 
  • Provide Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to candidates, whether they are successful or not, to support their professional growth and development. 
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in recruitment, and changes in regulations related to hiring processes.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in conducting interviews is required; preferably in a healthcare or caregiving setting, is advantageous. 
  • Empathy: Demonstrated ability to connect with individuals and show empathy towards others, especially seniors and those in need of care. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Must be fluent/native level in the English language.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and other digital tools for conducting interviews and maintaining records. 
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the hiring team and other stakeholders to achieve recruitment goals. 
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
