1. With exposure to local and international linkaging/networking and can bring to Letran, organizations, companies and institutions that she/he established linkages with.

2. With command and people-skills to lead and collaborate, respectively.

3. With supervisory experience

4. Strong written and oral communication

5. Strong interpersonal and public relation skills

6. Proven management skills and ability to manage day to day operations

7. Strong organizational skills

8. Ability to understand and manage high profile, sensitive or controversial administrative situations

9. Strong probelm-solving and strategic management skills

10. Must be a person of high intergrity with vision, energy and enthusiasm
