Responsibilities: Ignite Your Design Expertise

• Design Development: Collaborate with the creative team to translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
  
• Branding and Identity: Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for our brand, ensuring consistency across all design assets.
  
• Graphic Design: Create engaging and impactful designs for marketing collateral, advertisements, presentations, social media, and other promotional materials.
  
• Web Design: Design and optimize website layouts, wireframes, and graphics to create visually appealing and user-friendly web pages.
  
• Print Production: Prepare print-ready files, collaborate with external vendors, and ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
  
• Creative Ideation: Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute innovative ideas, and provide design recommendations to meet project objectives.
  
• Design Trends and Technologies: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, integrating them into projects as appropriate.
  
• Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale to stakeholders and team members, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.
  

Qualifications Needed: Elevate Your Skill Set

• Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  
• Experience: 3-5 years of professional design experience in agency or in-house creative team.
  
• Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  
• Web Design: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design principles. Experience with CMS and web development platforms advantageous.
  
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
  
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  
• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines.
