Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products)

The Store Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager for ensuring that a restaurant runs smoothly. He/she will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the restaurant for its smooth operation on a daily basis. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising restaurant employees. 
• Assist and support the Restaurant Manager in planning and delegating work duties to the staff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of the restaurant business. 
• Inspect the food and beverage stock level and restock them in a timely manner. 
• Conduct inspections of the restaurant kitchen and ensure proper hygiene is maintained. 
• Oversee front of house operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same. 
• Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively. 
• Identify methods to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits. 
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports. 
• Maintain cleanliness of the branch on a daily basis. 
• Manage the outstanding bills and cash flow of the restaurant. 
• Manage the work schedules of the restaurant

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full- time position. Days and hours of work are Mondays through Sundays, with 1 rest day. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. While performing the demands of the job, the employee is required to physically supervise store activities that involves standing, walking, reach with arms and hands. There will be required sitting in the preparation of management reports and usage of communication.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

A bachelor’s degree in the field of Business Management, Operations, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or with equivalent experience. With minimum of 1 year of experience/ exposure in Retail/ Operations Management.
