Qualifications :

• Possess 1-2 years of experience or more in IT teaching, ideally in programming Java or .Net (in college or corporate settings), with an active teaching role.
• Have at least 2 years of professional experience as a developer in Java or .Net.
• Are skilled in teaching Python, ReactJS, Microsoft, Java, and .Net courses both virtually and in-person.
• Have a knack for creating engaging training materials.
• Show a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methodologies.
• Can effectively work with corporate clients and assist senior faculty members.
• Exhibit excellent training, teaching, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering dynamic training sessions in your area of expertise (Python, ReactJS, Microsoft, Java, .Net).
• Contributing to our mission of providing top-notch education by assisting our Finance/Admin Manager.
• Engaging in the development of the curriculum, assessing students, and creating educational content.
• Mentoring students, enhancing their learning journey, and supporting their professional growth.
