We're on the lookout for tech-savvy, creative, and empathic peopleto help troubleshoot any hardware or software-related concerns customers and stakeholders may have. In this role, you'llprovide a highlevel of support for customers through phone, chat, and email and receive great perks on top of a competitive salary. Here are some basic details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office
- Schedule: Five-day workweek, Shifting Schedule

- Provide support via email, chat, and calls to customers who need help
- Help resolve troubleshooting issues effectively by asking the right questions to arrive at the right answers
- Encouraging customers to upgrade their services or ask how you can you be of more assistance

- Years Worked: One or more in relevant industries
- Education: BA or BS in any Information Technology-related course
- Working knowledge
- Ticketing tools
- Handling client complaints, escalations, and technical troubleshooting issues
- MS Office Suite
- Nice-to-have: TL experience
- Documentation (Producing reports)
- Strong communication skills in client's preferred language
- Able to handle inbound calls
- Asks the right questions to arrive at the right solutions
- Soft Skills: Proactive, team player, has a problem-solving mindset, acts quickly, detail and customer-oriented, and is adaptable to shifting schedules
