Job Description

As the Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a high-performing Call Center team responsible for scheduling sales appointments across the USA. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent that aligns with our client's values and goals.

Here's an overview of your future role:

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: PHP 30,000 - PHP 60,000

Work Setup: WFH; May be asked to report on site in Makati for training purposes

Perks: Day 1 HMO, Above-market salary, Global exposure

What do you need to succeed

• Proven experience in Call Center recruiting, preferably within the home improvement or service industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Call Center operations, hiring trends, and industry-specific challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and connect with candidates at all levels.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally, especially with marketing teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Call Center recruiting, demonstrating progressive responsibilities and achievements.
