Job Description

M&J Solutions Provider Inc. is looking for a Site Engineer who will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and assisting in the review and implementation of engineering design drawings in accordance with project standards.

The successful candidate will coordinate with project teams and stakeholders, monitor site progress, assist with documentation and reporting, and support the timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise construction activities and monitor site progress to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project standards.
2. Review and assist in the implementation of professional engineering design drawings.
3. Participate in coordination meetings related to drawing application and review.
4. Maintain records and monitor the approval progress of engineering drawings.
5. Coordinate with project teams and relevant stakeholders regarding site activities.
6. Assist with the application of Work Accomplishment Certificates and review payment-related documents.
7. Participate in site inspections, surveys, and geological investigation activities.
8. Prepare monthly reports and other required project documentation.
9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply relevant experience is an advantage.
3. Must be residing in or willing to work around Pangasinan–Zambales.
4. Applicants currently residing outside the area may apply provided they are willing to relocate/work onsite in Pangasinan.
5. Accommodation is not provided.
6. Solid foundation in engineering principles, design, and construction.
7. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant engineering software.
8. Basic knowledge of Substation and Transmission Line projects is an advantage.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
10. Good command of the English language.
11. Highly organized, reliable, innovative, and adaptable to a site-based work environment.
12. Positive attitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop.
