Role Summary

Department: Structural Engineering

Location: Remote - Philippines

Employment Type: Independent contractor (initial) transitioning to Direct PH employment

Work Setup: Initially Full-time remote then transitioning to Fully onsite by October

Required Software: Autodesk Revit + AutoCAD (both required)

Collaboration: International team (Israel, Europe, North America)

Focus: Medior and Senior candidates only

Structural Engineer Levels

Structural Engineer (Medior)

Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience

Position Overview: Independently develops structural documentation and BIM models for residential, commercial, industrial, and public projects, while coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce complete structural documentation independently: drawings, plans, sections, and details.

Develop and maintain structural BIM models in Autodesk Revit.

Coordinate structural solutions with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines.

Review documentation for quality and consistency.

Participate in project coordination activities and technical discussions.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Strong Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD skills.

Experience producing structural documentation independently.

Understanding of BIM coordination processes and workflows.

Ability to work independently and manage own deliverables.

Structural Engineer (Senior)

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience

Position Overview: Leads structural engineering development, reviews technical solutions, and coordinates project teams to ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery. Serves as a technical mentor and point of escalation for the structural team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead structural design and documentation activities across active projects.

Review and approve engineering deliverables produced by junior and medior engineers.

Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams: structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.

Mentor junior and medior engineers: provide technical guidance and performance feedback.

Participate in technical meetings and client discussions as the senior technical representative.

Ensure compliance with project standards, quality requirements, and delivery deadlines.

Establish and maintain BIM modeling standards and documentation templates.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Advanced structural engineering knowledge and technical expertise.

Strong Autodesk Revit expertise, including template setup, standards management, and large federated model coordination.

Strong BIM coordination experience across disciplines (Navisworks, BIM 360, or equivalent is a strong advantage).

Experience reviewing and leading project documentation and deliverables.

Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.

Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal) in an international team environment.

Onboarding & Employment Structure

During the initial months, candidates will work as independent contractors under a formal agreement with REMBOX's Israeli company. Upon the establishment of the local Philippine entity, contractors will transition to direct employment through REMBOX Philippines. This transition is a confirmed part of the onboarding plan.
