Financial Advisor

Job Description:

The financial advisor is tasked to assess the client’s financial goals by doing a financial needs analysis. An achievable and realistic financial plan will be created and the financial advisor will help the client put it into action.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any course.
• Ability to communicate verbally and by email with impeccable English skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and give advice to clients.
• Proactive, confident, self-motivated, resilient and with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Goal oriented at an individual and team level.
• Strong desire for performance driven compensation and growing earning potential.
• Computer literate, can handle basic computer tasks and internet use without supervision. 

Nice To Have:

• 2+ years working experience preferably in sales.
• Graduate of a reputable university.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Previously employed in the real estate or HMO industries.
• Has previous track record of meeting company targets. 

Responsibilities:

• Talk to clients and assess their financial health.
• Do a financial needs analysis on each client.
• Create an achievable and realistic financial plan.
• Work with the client to put said financial plan into action.
