Job Description

• Responsible for creating an outstanding impression of the Hotel
• Responsible for handling telephone inquiries, accepting reservations and the subsequent input in the computer system
• Must work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping and Sales & Marketing personnel, and in particular, Sales & Marketing, providing lead advice and constant "feedback" concerning both inquiries and firm reservations
• Must promote and upsell hotel rooms to maximize the hotel’s occupancy, whilst protecting the Hotel's business mix
• Must maintain a professional, yet friendly business manner to all guests and client liaison, personally, in correspondence and on the telephone

Work Experience

• Graduate of a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field
• Minimum of one to two (1-2) years experience on the same capacity
• Knowledgeable in Opera/Opera Cloud, ResaWeb or Reservations related system and MS Office Applications
• Pleasing personality with effective written and oral communication skills
