LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Job Title: Accountant/Bookkeeper
Schedule: Central African Time, 9AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday
Salary Range: $900-1,500

Owns a residential compound (accommodation) and a restaurant in South Sudan 

Responsibilities:

• Daily posting of income and expenditure
• Processing monthly payroll, sick leaves, etc (templates are provided)
• Tracking and reconciling supplier payments (made twice per month)
• Conducting price comparisons
• Checking goods received notes (GRNs) against invoices and prices
• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Budgeting for Personal Income Tax, social security, Business Profit Tax, and Sales tax
• Generating invoices, tenders, and other financial documents
• Tracking debts, invoices, receipts, and overdue payments through QuickBooks
• Reconciling bank statements, petty cash, POS reports, cash in safe, and bank charges
• Generating P+L statements, management accounts, and other financial reports
• Managing depreciation of assets and maintaining asset records
• Conducting stock control and inventory management
• Other administrative duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
