Job Description - Admin Officer for Restaurant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Location: Brgy. Sacred Heart, Quezon City Salary: Php 18,200.00/monthly + Free meal Job Desription:
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and inventory management
  • Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
  • Optimize production processes and minimize costs
  • Obtain and renew permits and licenses
  • Oversee facility maintenance and repair activities
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Ensure a safe and secure working environment
  • Analyze purchasing trends and expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and expenses
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
  • Assist with clerical tasks as needed
