Area Manager (Metro Manila)

Title: Area Manager (Metro Manila) Position Summary The Area Manager for Mega Manila will lead store operations for his/her assigned area. Directs the development of area-specific plans for sales and profit growth and achievement of quality and people targets of existing restaurants in alignment with district strategies. And oversees consistent interpretation, implementation, and achievement of the plans. Acts as a consultant to GMs/Franchise Partners to maximize sales and profits, and guide people, FSC, operations standards, and brand equity standards.

• Oversees the implementation of marketing (Brand campaigns and Trade promotion) & channel initiatives at the area level.
• Audits restaurants to check compliance with cost-control standards, and guides the RMs in formulating action plans for identified deviations.
• Co-manages FCPC and daily targets with Group Manager/Franchise Partners as anchored in the Restaurant Operating System (ROS) requirements for Inventory and Manpower Management.
• Creates the direct reports development plan based on competency assessment and individual performance; implements/monitors the achievement of developmental objectives or milestones.
• Facilitates the monthly review and analysis of the business performance of store/group of stores and GM to drive operational excellence and maximize sales.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, Marketing, or any business-related course.
• At least 6 years of store operations management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• Must have experience in handling franchise operations.
• Must have strong negotiation skills
• Candidate must be flexible to travel and do fieldwork. Areas of assignment include Makati, Marikina, and Rizal.
