Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, an Executive Search Firm, is currently recruiting on behalf of a renowned Restaurant chain in the Philippines. We are in search of Assistant Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, leading efforts to achieve profitability and sales targets. This role involves mobilizing people, systems, and processes within the store to adhere to established quality management standards.
Responsibilities:
Restaurant Systems Training and Implementation:
- Assigns restaurant systems responsibilities to shift managers.
- Ensures that assigned managers are capable of handling their delegated restaurant systems roles effectively.
- Takes proactive steps to enhance systems execution within the store to overcome operational obstacles.
Store Team Communication and Development:
- Effectively communicates store goals and targets to team members.
- Translates these objectives into actionable daily tasks for each member of the store.
- Provides training, guidance, and motivation to employees to foster their professional and personal growth.
Staffing and Scheduling:
- Manages staffing and scheduling for the store team.
- Controls labor costs through optimized staffing, role assignments, and efficient manpower forecasting.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to interpret and analyze Profit and Loss statements.
- Basic understanding of simple financial ratios.
- Cost Management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in HRM, Food Tech, or Nutrition.
- At least 2 years of assistant manager experience in a restaurant environment.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
