Job Description
A barista serves and prepares coffee products by utilizing a variety of brewing, blending, and grinding equipment, machinery, and accessories, as well as promotes coffee consumption through creative marketing means.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Reports directly to store supervisor/manager

- Prepare customer orders using and following the official products and recipes as mandated by the company and as taught during training

- Cashiering - takes the orders of the customers, correctly inputs them into the purchasing system, and promptly delegates order to barista assigned at the bar

- Maintains food and safety standards by keeping the store and all equipment and products clean and orderly at all times

- Local Café Marketing – regularly conducts marketing activities as instructed by the marketing officer and as scheduled by the store supervisor

- Prepares Daily Sales Reports at the end of each day of operations

- Assists in inventory monitoring as needed

- Creates incident reports for damaged company property (i.e. machines, furniture, marketing collaterals, office supplies) as well as violations of co-employees as per company rules and regulations

- Receives deliveries of stocks from warehouse or from suppliers, cross checks quantity and quality of items delivered against the order, and records and reports damaged and/or wrong items

Basic Qualifications

- At least reached college level, preferably majored in HRM, Management, or related field

- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in a café, restaurant, or in food/beverage services

- Willing to be trained

- With excellent customer service skills and a pleasing personality

- Hardworking, trustworthy, and passionate about coffee
