Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Client Onboarding Assistant who can work with us full-time and on-site! Earn up to P50,000! Where???? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu As a Client Onboarding Assistant, Your primary responsibilities will include preparing proposals, creating new client onboarding checklists, and process guides, managing current client process guides, and ensuring consistency in all documentation. Additionally, your role will involve handling ad hoc duties, such as Xero Health Checks, to support the efficiency of our client's operations. Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
- Assist in preparing proposals for potential clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards. This will be prepared in our Excel quote spreadsheet, and the data retrieved from Xero. So they will need to be experienced in Xero
- Create and maintain onboarding checklists (templates they can use)
- Be good with clients and have client communication – email only
- Create and maintain detailed process guides for new clients, facilitating a smooth transition (handover notes) to our bookkeepers (templates in Asana)
- Tango process guides
- Manage existing client process guides, reviewing and updating them regularly to ensure consistency and relevance
- Conduct Xero Health Checks: Precision and build out a management report (EOM package) and prepare a template
- Ad hoc tasks around supporting client accounts and internal processes, management of onboarding folder
- Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to streamline client onboarding procedures and enhance overall efficiency
- Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on client onboarding progress and address any issues promptly
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas for improving client onboarding processes
Requirements We would need you to be or have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, client onboarding, or a similar role is advantageous
- Proficiency in Xero or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
