Job Title: Virtual Concierge.
Department: Guest Experience.
Reports to the Messaging Support Manager.
Job Brief Your Role in the Big Picture: As a Virtual Concierge (With Hotel Concierge Experience), you'd assist our guests through Telepresence Robot. The robot uses an iPad that will connect the virtual concierge with the guest, and actually allow them to move around the property lobby. Tasks
VC will be working 12 hours (holidays and weekends included) with 3 off days.
The main responsibility of the virtual concierge is to navigate telepresence robots.
Managing guests' check-in and out.
Answer guests' concerns and requests and coordinate them to different channels.
Deal with complaints or problems on each property.
Updates arrival, departure, and occupancy rate every day.
Reservation duties.
Answering questions about what the hotel offers and the surrounding area like restaurants, tourist spots, events, and the like.
Reach out to guests via SMS or phone calls for reminders and reviews.
Admin tasks.
Requirements
Fluent in English.
Able to multitask well, in particular when dealing with guests at once.
Committed to completing assignments timely and accurately.
An experience in Hospitality or Short Term Rental.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Experience working in a troubleshooting role.
Professional physical appearance. This means good hygiene, business dress, and most importantly, a quiet work environment (no barking dogs in the background!), and very fast/stable internet.
Familiarity with CRM/PMS.
Must have a desktop/laptop Processor: Intel Core i5-9400 or AMD Ryzen 5 3400G. RAM: 16.0 GB.
