Job Description - The planner, organizer, controller, problem solver and reports to the AFOM, FOM, EAM or GM when necessary.
- Monitors all arrivals & their room allocation.
- To effectively handle all guest complaints and take corrective action to attain guest satisfaction.
Work Experience - Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a luxury hotel/resort.
- Preferably with knowledge in Opera system.
- Completed Bachelor’s degree preferably in hotel & restaurant management.
