Email Sales Specialist

**LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS OR PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES**

Position: Email Sales Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Salary Range: $1, 00 to $1,200 per month

Responsibilities:

• Selling whole sale food ingredient products to smoothie venues via cold email
• Create compelling email templates and persuasive content to engage potential clients
• Research and identify target customers based on specific criteria
• Crafting personalized emails to send to business owners (mostly smoothie cafes, restaurants or Food and Beverage companies)
• Send outbound sales emails to generate leads and create opportunities
• Responding to leads and setting up meetings with sales reps.
• Nurture leads through follow-up emails to build relationships and trust
• Coordinate with the sales team to track and monitor lead progress
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email sales techniques

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in email sales or a similar role
• At least 2 years of experience in email management/ creating emails.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language
• Proven ability to write persuasive and engaging emails
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify target customers
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in email tools such as Gmail, Outlook, or similar platforms
• Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking and management
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
