Collaborate and coordinate with various departments, both internal and external, to execute employee experience activities
Design, develop and maintain employee experience activities based on priorities, relevant themes, pulse survey results and seasonal requirements which showcase our corporate culture and core values
Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of both internal and external employee experience activities
Responsible for accomplishing the accounting requirements of rewards and recognition and employee experience activities
Manage all facets of internal communications across the organization, encompassing content review, enhancement, and scheduling
Drive the company-wide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) campaigns
Serves as the point person for company-wide special interest groups
What you need to be successful
Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts, Design and Arts, Human Resource or any related field
2-3 years work experience in events management or public relations which includes planning, designing and conducting various engagement activities
Excellent communication and people skills
Excellent design skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
High level of focus on employee experience
