Job Description What you will be doing:
- Handle all activities relating to guest accounts, receiving, filing of checks, posting, mail, information services, cashiering, foreign exchange, room blocking and inventory, check-in and check-out, room transfers and other guest requirements.
- Provide guests with up to date information at all times.
- Ensure guest satisfaction is achieved through guest recognition and prompt attention.
Work Experience Your Experience and Skills Include:
- Graduate of a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience on the same capacity or in a luxury hotel.
- Pleasing personality with effective communication and guest relation skills.
- Knowledgeable in Opera and MS Office Applications.
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule.
