Job Description

• Supervises the front desk operation & coordinates its activities with other departments of the resort.
• Ensures all guest registration cards before hand over to cashiers.
• Solves guest complaints.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a luxury hotel/resort.
• Preferably with knowledge in Opera system.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree preferably in hotel & restaurant management.
