MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The incumbent must possess the following Must be proactive, organized, and reliable. Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision. Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. Ability to move lifts, carry, push, pull and place objects on frequent basis without assistance. Ability to extend time of duty when needed. Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills to internal customers other departments and external customers vendors, suppliers, sponsors, etc. Must have the ability to use industrial cleaning equipment, cleaning chemicals, and other housekeeping related items. Must be knowledgeable with the different housekeeping techniques such as but not limited to carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, polishing, window treatment, etc. Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint. Qualification Requirements A graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or other related courses. With at least three years 3 year of work experience in Housekeeping Management. Must be amenable to work on a shifting schedule, weekend, andor holidays, if necessary
