Job Description - HR Admin Specialist

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

We seek an outgoing and flexible HR Admin Specialist to join our team and support our HR department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and be able to handle a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment. The HR Admin Specialist will be crucial in maintaining employee records, managing HR-related paperwork, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.

Tasks will include:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
  • Prepare and process HR-related paperwork, including employment contracts, offer letters, and benefits documentation
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
  • Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews finalizing paperwork, and routing of clearances
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and escalate issues to the HR Manager as needed
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned 

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
