HR Specialist, Employee Engagement

Industrial & Employee Relations (Human Resources & Recruitment)

Responsible for managing employee engagement functions and initiatives of the assigned business unit. Leads the strategy and execution of employee rewards and recognition, engagement initiatives and business unit communications across the assigned brand. Works with business unit HR in handling internal people engagement issues and HR communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job (Human Resources, Legal Management, or Psychology is preferred) 
• With 2-3 years of experience in Employee Engagement and Rewards programs 
• Must be willing to travel for store business operations
• Energetic, lively, humble and approachable personality
• Host material
• Resourceful, creative (Canva) and social media savvy
• Physically open to traveling from one store to another

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leads the creation of the Employee Engagement strategy of the business unit. 
• Manages employee engagement activities, employee rewards, and recognition programs and interventions
• Develop, execute and evaluate a communications strategy, ensuring that business goals, initiatives and organizational/people news are communicated regularly and effectively. 
• Supports the business unit HR and corporate HR in the creation, communication and ongoing programs of employee engagement activities to continually drive positive employee experiences. 
• Supports other ad-hoc projects and organizational development tasks from HR corporate, as required. 
• Reports progress and concerns on employee engagement to the HR Manager on a regular basis. 
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

With the joy and satisfaction of every guest who walks into our stores in mind, this food haven which began as a simple family restaurant now brings the familiar feelings of home and carefully prepared dishes to thousands of homes, event spaces, and offices across the country through continuous product innovation and service expansion that serve the needs of guests.

From the first Conti’s Bakeshop & Restaurant in BF Homes, Paranaque, which opened in September 1999, Conti’s Bakeshop & Restaurant has now four full-service restaurants in the nearby south, including Westgate Alabang, SM Southmall, and Nuvali. Customers in the metro and the North area also get to enjoy Conti’s in its stores in Greenbelt 2, Blue Bay Walk Pasay, Serendra, Blue Ridge Katipunan, Robinsons Magnolia, Trinoma, Laurel Mansion Shaw, SM Megamall, and SM North EDSA.

Its roster of Bakery & Café, which serves Conti’s signature baked goods and select dine-in favorites, also serves guests in the following areas: Alabang Town Center, SM Mall of Asia, Northeast Square Greenhills, Robinsons Manila, and Ayala Fairview Terraces.

Conti’s Bakeshop & Restaurant today extends its commitment to hospitality and culinary excellence in these 18 communities, serving more than 150 sought-after dishes by guests who, over the years, have helped write our story of inspiration and success.
