Qualifications & experience Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Management or Marketing Management At least one (1) years of relevant work experience in food park store operations, Restaurants, or equivalent. He/She must also be knowledgeable in Tenant Relations, Marketing, Restaurant and various functions in business operations and management. Tasks & responsibilities Manage, oversee and control the operations of the entire Food Park in the areas of daily operations, sales, tenant and customer relations, as well as coordinate with different Functional Heads including Marketing, Leasing, and other support groups in order to enhance the contribution. Monitors the rent, bills, and CUSA (Common Usage Service Area Reviews contracts and checks payments ensuring compliance Observes good customer service and manage customer complaints Responsible for the area maintenance and repair, cleanliness of store premises as well as instruments and machines needed in store operations. Special Projects in Marketing Personnel Management Delivers all updates, status, concerns, and coordinates requests with proper documentation Evaluate the performance of her staff in a timely manner Receive personnel documents, policies and issuance and communicate these to staff as necessary
