Opening Team Lead (Store Opening / Project Engineer / MEPFS)

The Store Opening Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and orchestrating tasks and activities from design to construction & store opening, which are pivotal in the process of expansion plans and brand presence. The Opening Team Lead will ensure that all tasks are done, accomplished on time, and with minimal to no issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures timeliness and readiness of store for initial operations.
• Coordinates and communicates progress of store design-construction on a timely manner.
• Communicates with stakeholders regarding store opening concerns.
• Creates, plans, and schedules projects, tasks, and activities that will help improve existing processes.
• Ensures that all policies, procedures, and processes are consistently monitored and compliant to the established quality standards.
• Shall be able to provide assistance to Operations as an additional workforce.
• Identifies, records. and suggests process improvements concerning Quality Management.
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by their immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or related course
• At least 3 years of work experience as Restaurant Opening Team Lead
• Know and understand the Ins and Outs of Restaurant Operations
• With understanding in restaurant Design, Layout, and Construction
• Excellent People Management Skills
• Willing to do field work 50-75% of the time
• Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Taguig City

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php25,000.00 per month
