The Project Manager manages the construction planning and execution of all construction projects from pre-award to project completion; as well as project management leading to timely opening of cost efficient and high quality stores and facilities. He shall be responsible in creating and executing programs that will increase productivity in construction and project management, and leading innovation for new construction methods, process or technology.

Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.

At least 5 years solid experience in construction, and preferably with background in a restaurant or QSR industry.
Proven experience in construction and facilities management.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of all facets of the construction management processes, means and method.
Excellent time and project management skills, competent in conflict and crisis management.
