Property Manager (High-Rise Condominium)
- Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements and timely renewal of permits, licenses and service agreements directly related to the managed property.
- Formulate and ensure the strict implementation of the property security plan, while maintaining due courtesy to all unit owners, tenants, property management, workers and visitors of the property.
- Continuously develop and implement ways to improve the appearance and efficiency of the property and its equipment.
- Develop an annual Operating and Capital Expenditure budget for the property, considering all items requiring budget allocation.
- Closely monitor collection of funds, disbursement of funds and the savings and current account balances of the funds of the property
- Prepare a monthly year-to-date summary of actual revenues and expenses and compare these with the prepared budget.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or Building/Property Management course
- 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager preferably in Residential developments (Condominiums).
- Detail-oriented and Strong customer engagement skills
