Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Employment Type: Full Time
Shift: Day Shift; Shifting (8am 9am 10am 5pm 6pm 7pm AU) can extend to 10pm in the future
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home (WFH)

What do you need to succeed

  • Demonstrated experience in technical support and customer service.
    Proficiency in communication through Phone Email Ticketing and Live Chat platforms.
    Knowledge of online mobile and desktop platforms including iOS Android OSX Windows.
    Understanding of APIs as a means to integrate and connect applications.
    Experience in troubleshooting within a software environment.

  • Engaging in enthusiastic positive and informed interactions with customers and Ordermentum team members upholding Ordermentums standard of excellence in support.
  • Employing consistent troubleshooting methods to quickly and accurately determine the cause of customer issues and provide timely and suitable solutions.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Contributing to the Ordermentum Knowledge Base efforts.
  • Participating in the evaluation and implementation of new releases on the Ordermentum platform.
  • Helping identify document and escalate product issues and bugs to be verified.
  • Advocating for enhancements to our products and services based on direct customer feedback to the Support Technical Lead & Support Manager.
  • This position is part of a 7day Support Team and may require weekend work.
