Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in crafting the social media presence for this dynamic company. As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing compelling content strategies, creating visually stunning posts and videos, and fostering a vibrant online community. This is a chance to showcase your creativity and social media expertise while being part of an ambitious new restaurant launch.

Responsibilities

• Devise innovative social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and more
• Produce highly engaging content including posts, videos, reels and stories aligned with brand voice
• Implement tactics to grow the follower base and drive meaningful interactions
• Monitor comments, messages and community feedback, providing timely responses
• Analyze performance data and continually optimize content and strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing teams on promotional initiatives
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, new features and platform best practices

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Social Media Specialist or similar content creation role
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, audiences and content strategies
• Exceptional writing, visual design and multimedia production abilities
• Expertise in social media analytics, metrics and reporting
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with social media management and content creation tools
• Passion for the restaurant/hospitality industry and creative brand-building
