Job Description - Sales and Marketing Admin Associate

Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Sales and Marketing Admin Associate who can work with us full-time and on-site! Where???? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu As a Sales and Marketing Admin Associate, In this role, you will create visually stunning property information packs and marketing materials to showcase our listings and attract potential buyers. Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
  • Typing handwritten documents in Word; followed by the client's approval
  • Then, lay out the approved text into the client's InDesign templates
  • Creation and adaption of location maps, tables, diagrams, photos
  • Updating of Agentbox CRM database as required
  • Preparation of Agentbox Contact lists, managing of enquiries, responding to enquiries
  • Manage and organize digital assets, including photos, logos, and templates, for easy access and retrieval
Requirements We would need you to be or have the following:
  • Exemplary skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • High proficiency in Word and Excel, general administration tasks may arise
  • High level of ability in English language, both written and spoken
It would be awesome if you are or also have:
  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology, property marketing, and sales processes is preferred but not required
