Job Description - Sales Officer (horeca)

We are hiring for the multiple positions of HORECA SALES on PAN INDIA locations in our different branches.

Designation - Key Account Manager - HORECA / Area Sales Manager HORECA / Sr. Executive / Executive - HORECA Sales.

Locations : Mumbai, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Udaipur, Pune, Gujarat, Bangalore, Lucknow.

Working Hours - Monday to Saturday - 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Basic Qualification: Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM Marketing or Hotel Industry.

Experience: Minimum 4 - 12 years of experience in HORECA in FMCG/Food/Beverages products sales.

Industry - Food & Beverages only

CTC Budget: Minimum 3L to 5L CTC PA to Maximum up to 8L to 9L CTC PA depending on the role & designation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle B2B sales to various institutions like star hotels , restaurants , industrial caterer , flight catering etc.

  • Overall Adherence to Business Rules, HR Policies/Practices and meeting guidelines issued from HO from time to time.
  • Accountable for achieving the top line and bottom line objectives for the assigned region
  • Responsible for complete sales activity of the region including sales , marketing , new product launches , chef centric activities , account receivables
  • Responsible for ensuring the establishment and development of relationship between the organization and the principal customers
  • Analysing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies to respond to these with new products and services
  • Sales forecasting for the region in coordination with the ASM and key customers
  • Driving KPIs for sales teams and assigned region
  • Increasing market reach by identifying market gaps and supervising Distributor appointment to fill the same.
  • Participate and lead annual tendering activities for hotels
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
  • Establish and Maintain relationship with high value clients and providing required solutions

Sales Planning, Managing Profitability

Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and Solutions.

Ability to cope with work pressure and to priorities tasks.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

A positive attitude to dealing with people.

To regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team.
