As a Sales Support Representative , you will be tasked with developing sales strategies aimed at attracting potential clients. This includes initiating contact through various means such as cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from paid advertisements. Your role also involves fostering relationships with clients to understand their needs, qualify their interests, and assess their viability, ultimately driving sales through effective engagement and communication. Schedule: Day Shift and Night Shift

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Metro Manila

Can you face the challenge Here's what you will do in this role:

  • Support Growth Team administrative tasks
  • Help the Client Solutions Director in managing GBP compliance to the established sales process
  • Help manage client relationships and ensure new client experience remains positive throughout the Sales and Implementations processes. The role will help GBPs with performing proper handovers to the Project Implementations team and will constantly monitor interactions with the client, intervening when necessary
  • Draft proposals, service agreements, and other materials to send to clients
  • Update and maintain the consistency, accuracy, and completeness of data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Send emails and schedule appointments on behalf of GBPs
  • From time-to-time, take inbound calls, make outbound calls, manage live chat interactions, and respond to emails, to ensure inbound leads are responded to quickly
  • Document all Referral Partner Agreements and provide details to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage communications with all Referral Partners with regards to updates on Milestones - first call, proposal sent out, deal won or lost, payment received, amount to be invoiced as validated by finance
  • Manage client visit logistics - booking boardrooms, ensuring set-up, printing relevant material
  • Collating all sales and marketing collateral and ensuring that the latest files are the ones there
  • Prepare the regular reports that go out to internal stakeholders

Requirements

What Makes You a Star :

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in BPO operations as a service delivery associate, team leader, or manager
  • Experience in Sales as an outbound sales rep or team Leader is preferred
  • Experience providing administrative help/support to a sales team
  • Experience as a supervisor in service delivery or sales operations is preferred
  • Experience in handling/coordinating with multiple clients
  • Experience with international/multinational company is a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience in using and/or managing CRM tools
  • Experience with creating reports using both PowerPoint and PowerBI
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise and multitask
  • Able to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines in a team environment
  • Self-Motivated
  • Must be organized and keen to details
