Job Description



Join our growing team in Commercial as a Team Lead, Key Accounts Operational Excellence!

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of associates in handling back-end processes (menu updates, operational escalations, etc.) for key accounts.

  • Initiate and spearhead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure contract compliance and manage stakeholder relationships with key accounts.

  • Analyze data and provide insights to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and key accounts to align operational objectives and priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or any other quantitative similar field from top universities

  • At least 2 years of work experience in consulting, tech, or high growth startups

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, preferably in an operational setting.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in google workspace. Experience in SQL/BigQuery is great to have. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven track record in change and/or project management

  • Willing to question the status quo when needed
